Known for over 25 years in Executive Leadership, Kenny and Nikki Rogers bring an extraordinary knowledge of advocacy, philanthropy, and nonprofit in the Bay Area. They are visionaries who believes that faith, collaboration and drive are the key components to improving the quality of life.
DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMS
Coffee connoisseur, tattoo enthusiast, and a lover of people, Stephen joined in 2016 to modernize, develop and effectively articulate the vision of San Francisco Adult & Teen Challenge to a growing list of community partners. He cultivates fruitful relationships and a life-giving atmosphere that empowers staff and students alike to discover and walk out their strengths and purpose.
From working on antique cars to his love for the San Francisco 49ers, Fred is a strong and tender-hearted father figure at SFATC. As a graduate of the program from 2012, Fred completed Teen Challenge Ministry Institute at South Gate, CA and returned to San Francisco to become one of the most faithful, long-term servants of the organization. Fred also serves as an advisor and counselor to the men, and is gifted with a very keen and sensitive understanding of the needs of each student who walks in our doors.
CREATIVE ARTS LEAD
Known for the strength contained in his beard, Aaron brings passion and energy to every activity he leads or participates in. He consistently leads the students with diversity, creativity and courageous exhortation.
Rafael has been a model leader to our on-site students. He is the newest addition to the team after serving with an impressively consistent servant heart attitude for one year as an intern. He engages in his duties and relationships with depth and insight, and brings a fiery, passionate presence that commands respect. His loyalty to the program is matched by his fierce commitment to serving the community with a unique strength, and he never fails to rise to new challenges.
EXTENDED PROGRAMS COORDINATOR
Passionate about seeing others succeed and develop, Tyler oversees the Extended Programs. With over five years in advocacy he brings a unique perspective that is unparalleled by others.
With a growing interest in seeing high-risk lifestyles transition from consumers to contributors, Leon serves as the Academic Coordinator. When not teaching or working with the students, he can be found playing oldies on his guitar.
WORK ENTERPRISE COORDINATOR
With over fifteen years in construction, Santiago is passionate about teaching and equipping individuals with the skills needed to be successful in any trade. Santiago joined San Francisco Adult and Teen Challenge in 2017 and has been an integral part of the organization by contributing both hands on skills and relational skills
